By hewing the stone and the wood, materials that abound in the area of Zagori and with particular sensitivity to the natural and built environment, we created the chalet Timfea.
The house is 150 square meters and consists of a spacious living – dining room, kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. From the living room, where the wood and the stone complete each other, the view is unique. In the living room you can have a lovely time with your friends, especially on the cold winter days ( there is plenty of wood to burn), when sitting by the fireplace you can enjoy your relaxing moments by watching satellite TV or DVD, listening to the HI-FI, or playing board games, reading books and photo albums about the area.
The dining room can accommodate six people, while the kitchen is fully equipped. Electric ceramic cooker, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, all the cooking utensils (dishes – cutlery) are at your disposal to make your own breakfast, if you do not choose to eat at the taverns or the grill-houses of the village. Finally, you can use the barbecue which is in the yard, to prepare your meals (oven – grill – flower pot).
The three tasteful, spacious bedrooms will offer you a great place to sleep in. Blankets, sheets, towels, sanitary items are available. The house has central heating and you can control the temperature by yourselves. The imposing and luxurious chalet harmonizes completely with the aesthetic and architectural entity of the region. It dominates since it has been built on a hill and it seems as if it jumped from the past when the people that emigrated form Tsepelovo got rich in the countries bordering on the Danube and built the eminent mansions of Zagori that are preserved till today and make Tsepelovo known as a unique monument of historical and architectural heritage. It is surrounded by a big garden with flowers and trees and under the mulberry tree one can enjoy “purple sunsets and rosy sunrises. From the vaulted open balcony your gaze is lost in the mountain ranges of Tymfi and Mitsikeli.
