Built on the highest spot of the town, the hotel opened its doors for the public on December 2006 and welcomed its first guests. Following the traditional architecture of the area, the hotel offers distinguished luxury even for the most demanding taste. The reception area and the bar were carefully designed, while the bedrooms were each uniquely decorated and equipped in order to offer endless hours of relaxation, peacefulness and comfort.

Taxiarxes Hotel is located at Aristi Zagoriou, Ioannina. Our hotel is built amphitheatrically according to the local architecture and is made of stone and timber. All the rooms have a view of the unique gorge of Vikos and the towers of Astraka.
