How to get to Epirus?

The two airports of Epirus are located in Ioannina and Preveza/Aktion. The airport of Ioannina receives only domestic flights from Athens. The airport of Aktion/Preveza works only in summer and receives charter flights from abroad.

Buses to towns of Epirus depart from Kifissos KTEL Station in Athens. There are buses to the largest towns of the region, while there are also internal buses to smaller towns.

The largest port of Epirus is Igoumenitsa, which receives ferries from Italy and also serves ferries to the islands of Corfu and Paxi.
