Piso Krioneri beach Parga: The beach of Piso Krioneri is placed near Krioneri, just within a walking distance from the town centre. Piso Krioneri is well-protected behind a hill known as St Athanasios, named after the little church that lies on its top. This natural shelter protects the beach from bad weather conditions. Piso Krioneri is smaller than Krioneri and less crowded.

However, it is also well-organized and has some convenient facilities.Some places to visit near Piso Krioneri are the beautiful island of Virgin Mary and the rocks Skordas and Kremidas, both placed to the left of the mentioned island. There are also some small caves and nice beaches hidden behind the wild rocks of the area.
