Thassos is a terrific place. It has everything: mountain, sea and a lively nightlife. Let the kids home and took the wife for a relaxing week.
We bathed, we tanned, we walked in forests and mountains and we ate and drunk a lot of good things. We had a room in the capital, Limenas, from where there is a sandy beach with all the things you need.
My wife spend a lot of hours shopping and I spend a lot of time tasting cocktails.
We had both a very good time and talking about going back there with the kids next time (lots of beaches have shallow waters which are perfect for children, especially the one called Krissamoudia or something).
