Literally seconds from the sparkling sea, the Hotel Kamelia waits you to welcome you to the picturesque village of Skala Potamias on the “Emerald Island” of Thassos. The hotel has views across the bay and the harbour with backdrop of pine clad valleys and rugged scenery. Because the Hotel Kamelia is a small family run business, you are sure of a warm welcome and our individual attention. All rooms have been recently refurnished (2007) with a rolling program of maintenance and improvement. Each and every morning, between 08:30 and 10:30, a buffet style, help yourself, breakfast is available in our breakfast room. Our breakfast can, of course, be taken in the breakfast room or perhaps you would prefer to enjoy it in the shaded fresh morning air on the veranda or why not outside on the patio as you watch the sunlight dancing on the sea as it gently kisses the pebble beach just a few meters away?
