A miracle happened yesterday when a 23-year old driver survived a bad accident. His car kipped off the snow-covered road connecting Mytilinioi and Chora on Samos, skidded over a cliff and landed on the roof of the church of Panagia. The roof, of course, was completely damaged but the driver got out of the car without a single scratch. In the meanwhile, the situation is still bad all over Greece as the problems that caused the last-week snowfalls continue and drivers are advised always to have snow chains and to pay extra attention while on the roads.
