I stayed in Petra village this summer, a tiny village in the north of Lesvos. We rented a room in Loula's apartments and we found the owners very hospitable. The old lady owner seemed to like us but on the last day she really amazed us. She invited us to have dinner with her and she had prepared the most delicious dish I have tasted: onions stuffed with rice and mincemeat. The greatest dish by the greatest hotelier. Thanks, Mrs Maria, we will never forget your kindness. Unfortunately, I couldn't get the recipe because communication between us was not in such a high level, but I will look for it on the Net :))
