Skala Kalonis Beach Lesvos: This sandy beach is located in the creek of the sheltered bay of the same name, at 44 kilometres, north-west of Mytilene.

It is a popular resort with umbrellas and sun beds for rent, lined by cafes and restaurants.

The sand is soft and the waters are shallow. More beaches can be found scattered around the Gulf of Kaloni.

Good accommodations and many more cafes are available at the village of Kalonis.
