Lemnos: Plati Lemnos

Plati beach Lemnos: This is one of the most popular tourist resorts in Lemnos lying amphitheatrically right beneath Plati village. This lovely beach stretches for about 700 meters and has various tourist facilities, including umbrellas and sundecks. It is found 2km southeast of Myrina, the capital of Lemnos island. There are cafeterias, bars and a water sports center offering training lessons and the right equipment for all ages.

The waters are always clean and shallow, ideal for the children who can play safely on the sandy beach. Some tall trees along the coastline provide good shade in hot summer days. Within a short walking distance, there are taverns and accommodation for every budget.
