Sunset furnished apartments is a family business, that is located on a small hill just 100 meters from the beautiful beach of Agios Ioannis. The distance from the nearest village (Kaspakas) is 2km and 7km from the island capitol (Myrina). The business is consisted of 14 furnished apartments which all provide a magnificent ocean view air, condition, TV, telephone, kitchen with the necessary utensils and shaded parking.

We built seven stone apartments, on four acres of land, on the slope of a hill, overlooking the sea and around 100m from the closest building. Every room is around 30 square meters. All the apartments are made of stone and wood, so they can blend in with the natural environment. There are two buildings with three apartments and one on itself. Each apartment has its private space, a kitchen with all the necessary equipment, fridge, TV, air condition and at least one balcony. One of the rooms has a traditional stone fireplace. The interior is decorated with traditional wooden furniture.
