The island of Fourni has no airport, therefore there are no flights. The only way to fly is to land in the neighbouring islands of Samos and Ikaria.
The airport of Samos receives several internal and charter flights in summer, while the small airport of Ikaria receives only internal flights from Athens.
The flight time from Athens to Samos and Ikaria is about 50 minutes.
From Agios Kirikos Ikaria and Vathi Samos, there are almost daily boats (6 days a week) that reach Fourni in about an hour. These boats carry only passengers. There are also normal ferries about twice or three times a week that carry both passengers and cars/ motorbikes.
