The company Trekking Hellas is visiting Chios this April to study the chances to include the island into its schedule. This particular company is activating in alternative tourism and sports and has established many bases in different parts all over Greece, organizing frequent active excursions.
Members of this company are visiting Chios to check out the two unique paved paths that were built in the 18th century and to decide if they are appropriate for trekking, mountain biking and mountaineering. The two paths on question start from Epos to Volissos (10 km in total) and from Ai-Giorgis to Lithi (4 km).
