The ancestors of today's owners built it in 1890, after the earthquake of 1881 which destroyed the initial Genoese tower. Sideratos apartments rents 7 apartments seaside at Karfas, on the island of Chios, Greece. They were built in 1970 and fully renovated in 2007and are decorated in a nice and friendly atmosphere. Each apartment has a spacious living room furnished with a double bed, a comfortable chair that becomes a bed and a wardrobe. The large French windows open to a big private balcony with full sea view. All 7 apartments include bathroom with shower and toilet and equipped kitchen.

Zorbas Arhontiko, is a stone, renovated mansion built in the heart of the traditional village of Volissos. The old building was, at the early beginning of the 20th century, the old Court of Justice of Peace and later operated as school. Yannis and Eugenia Zorbas converted the old mansion into two apartments, which they decorated with taste, love and mainly, with respect for the history of the building.
