Chios: Managros Chios

Managros Beach Chios: Managros is a secluded beach situated close to the historic village of Volissos, 40km northwest of Chios Town. It is one of the biggest shores of the island stretching for 1,5 mile covered with thick sand and pebbles. Managros is distinguished for the cold crystal waters, appearing as the main feature on this side of the island. The beach offers no tourist facilities, like umbrellas and sundecks, but the view of the natural landscape will compensate visitors. The closest tourist facilities, including taverns and accommodation, can be found in the nearby beach of Magemena.
