Chios: Apothyka Chios

Apothyka Beach Chios: Apothyka is a small and secluded beach located 38km southwest of Chios Town, close to the medieval village of Mesta (4,5km). It is a clean bay with crystal waters, well-protected from the strong winds of the Aegean. It is surrounded by rocky hills with lush bushes and vast greenery. It is a completely unspoilt beach gifted with a unique natural beauty.

A place like this is ideal for isolation and diving in the crystalline waters. It is very popular among the people who live in the villages nearby and for tourists fond of the quiet beaches. Next to Apothyka, there is a small remote beach but the only way to reach it is on foot. The road stops 100 meters from the beach.
