There are several festivals celebrated in Tilos every year, most of which are religious celebrations.
The Name Day of Saint (Agios) Panteleimon is celebrated every year on the 27th of July. This is considered as the biggest festival on Tilos and it takes place at the Monastery of Agios Panteleimon, the patron saint of the island. |

A special local festival is the Dance of the Grail, which is celebrated in the yard of the church of Archangel Michael in Megalo Chorio village, on the 28th of July every year.

Another important festival on Tilos is the name day of Panagia Kamariani on August 23rd, which is celebrated in a lovely chapel outside the village of Megalo Chorio, the capital of Tilos. |
