:: Megalo Chorio village

Location: On the northern side of the island
Description: Megalo Chorio is a small village built on the slopes o a rocky hill. On top of the hill, there are the remains of a Medieval Castle.

:: Livadia beach

Location: Close to the main port of Tilos
Description: Livadia is the only organized beach of the island and this is where almost all tourist amenieties are found, that is why it gets busy sometimes.

:: Mikro Chorio village

Location: In the centre of the island, 4 km south of Megalo Chorio
Description: Mikro Chorio is today an abandoned village with almost all its buildings ruined. This is where the only night bar on the island works in summer.

:: Eristos beach

Location: 4 km to the south of Megalo Chorio
Description: Eristos is a remote beach that can be accessed through a track road from Megalo Chorio. Its water is pure crystal and there are no tourist facilities closeby.

:: Monastery of Saint Panteleimon

Location: 10 km from Megalo Chorio
Description: This is the most important church on Tilos and the protector of the island. It can be accessed through the main and only road on Tilos.

:: Charkadio Cave

Location: In the centre of the island, 2 km south of Megalo Chorio
Description: Charkadio Cave is of great paleontological importance, as this is where the first fossiled teeth of dwarf elephants were found. The findings are hosted in the paleontological collection in Megalo Chorio.
