Idea before arriving: Went online and looked at Rhodes and Symi as well as other Greek Islands. Decided on Rhodes as there was much to see and do

Best Beaches : Lindos and Lindos area
Best Villages : Haraki/Lindos
Best Activity : Water sports
Best Bar/Pub/Club : n/a
Best Restaurant : Greek/italian ristorante Ixia
Negative opinion about the island: Tourist info in Lindos unhelpful and uninterested. When you approached the enquiry desk/counter, you had a feeling that you were interrupting them. No personality
Recommendations for future visitors: Read up and carry out research before you go. There is a lot to see and do and you wouldn't want to miss anything. If you intend to visit the Acropolis in Lindos then go first thing in the morning before the tourist buses arrive. Do visit Symi, its one of the most beautiful islands in Greece
