Two big fires are presently in progress on the island of Rhodes. The biggest fire burns from yesterday night the forests close to the archaeological site of Kameiros. 12 ladder trucks and 24 fire men try to control it. However, this is very difficult as the winds that blow in the area are 10 Beaufort strong. The second fire is found close to Glyfada village.
