The 1st Mediterranean Triennale of Engraving is taking place on the island of Rhodes, Dodecanese, at the Greek Art Museum "Nestorideio". The exhibition will last till the 2nd of November. What you might not know about this event and exhibition is that people with reduced or total loss of sight will have the chance to "read" the engravings, which have been given by embossed lines and other special materials, such as cartons and small objects.
This pioneer program in Greece is included in an international museum network titled "Art beyond vision", which aims to the ensuring of access to the Art by people with sight problems.
