Welcome to Paraktio Beach Apartments in Rhodes island of Greece, an ideal and quiet location for relaxing holidays at an 3 star category beach apartments – studios, with a panoramic view to the never-ending blue of the Aegean Sea.
Paraktio Beach Apartments is located at a picturesque waterfront spot the southern part of Rhodes island at the clean and unspoiled Kiotari beach with sand and pebbles. Kiotari beach is also only a short distance from the historical areas such as Lindos, the small but picturesque traditional villages and of course the fantastic windsurfers¢ haven ¡Prassonissi¢. The area where Paraktio Beach is located is also ideal for diving, bicycle riding, walks on the small paths in the nearby forest and of course for lots of water sports.
Accommodation
The hotel consists of 7 sea-view studio/apartments, all fully equipped with all necessary utensils. It provides high quality accommodation to our guests, it is ideal for individuals and couples who want to spend relaxing holidays at a truly unique Greek lifestyle, far from the typical big hotels.
• Paraktio Beach Apartments consists of 4 sea view studios for two persons, that are comfortable and with a modern decoration, on the ground floor with a spacious and panoramic sea view terrace.
• The 3 sea view apartments for 2 – 4 persons are located on the 1st floor. These apartments have a small loft which is of typical Rhodian style (maisonette apartment). All room types are fully furnished and equipped with all necessary utensils and have a panoramic sea view.
• On the ground floor of hotel there is a breakfast hall – café, Library with a never ending view to the Aegean Sea. This area also operates as a reception & information desk. Through the lush green garden, you will reach a small staircase that leads you to the beach. There is also a private parking area.
