Burgers From Cuttlefish And Squids

This traditional recipe of Patmos has sea food as its basic ingredient. It is actually like making meat burgers but with seafood.

- 5 or 6 cuttlefish and squids cleaned up
- 4 slices of bread crumb washed out and squeezed
- 3 or 4 spoonfuls of hardtack
- 1 minced onion
- 3 spoonfuls of olive oil
- salt and pepper
- garlic, celery and parsley minced
- oregano
- some red wine
- 2 spoonfuls of vinegar
- potatoes

After you have cut the cuttlefish and squids in small pieces, you put them into a blender along with some bread crumb, onion, vinegar, celery, parsley, red wine, salt, pepper and olive oil and mix them well. Add as much hardtack as needed to become a stable mixture. Give a round shape to the burgers. Then, in a pan, put the potatoes cut in pieces, the burgers and sprinkle them with slat, pepper and oregano. Put the pan in the oven and bake the food for about 45 minutes at 200oC.
