The western coasts of Patmos are more developed in tourism. Kantouni, Massouri, Myrties and Emporios provide calm beaches to relax and many facilities. The eastern coast of Patmos is frequently affected by strong winds.

Description: This is the most popular beach on Patmos. Clean and pebbled, the beach of Skala has many tourist facilities around it.

Description: This organized beach gets pretty busy in summer. It is located north of Skala, the main port of the island.

Description: The lovely bay of Kampos is situated on the northern side of the island. It has crystal water and part of this beach is organized.

Description: Grikos is a developed tourist resort in Patmos. Located close to the capital village and the port, Grikos has a clean beach and calm ambience.

Description: Livadi Geranou is a lovely beach with calm environment. Although it is not much organized, it gets pretty popular in summer.

Description: This is among the most secluded beaches in Patmos. Its rocky ambience provides the best shelter for absolute privacy.
Location: 6 km south of Chora
Description: The large bay of Diakofti is among the most secluded beaches on Patmos. The gulf is surrounded by wild mountains and short vegetation.
Location: 14 km north of Chora
Description: Lambi is a secluded beach on the northern side of Patmos. As it isn't organized, it doesn't receive many visitors.
Location: 10 km north west of Chora
Description: The gulf of Lefkes is a picturesque place to relax. The low hills around the beach create a calm environment, while some fishing boats frequently moor there.
Location: 5 km north of Chora
Description: Very close to the main port of Patmos, this beach is protected by strong winds and it gets pretty popular in summer.
