The small size of Nisyros does not permit many transportation options. The only way to get around the island, if you do not have your own mean of transport, is an only bus that goes from Mandraki around the island. The roads on the island are not easy, most of them are rough and mountainous. Moreover, the bus is old and may take a lot of time to get from one village to another.
