The airport of Leros is located on the northern side of the island, in the region of Partheni. This is a small airport that receives only domestic flights from Athens. The flight time from Athens to Leros is 50 min. After they arrive, tourists can take a taxi to their hotel.

There are also daily ferries to Leros from Rhodes, the largest island of Dodecanese. In summer, local ferries run between Patmos, Leros and Lipsi almost every day.
