Tour operators have changed deeply the costumes of many places in Kos. Kardamena look like a Liverpool surrounding with drunken English boys singing football songs. We visited Kardamena when a friend of ours on Kos suggested to make a trip to Nisyros. So, we went to Kardamena to take the boat to Nisyros. It was a small and nice village with a lot of tourists. Always take my main holiday in Greece. I chose Kos Town as I had visited on a day trip from Kardamena many years ago and it seemed a good resort. Additionally, research on the internet indicated that it would be the type of resort I like, lively with a choice of nightlife and beaches.
