Kos island is small but beautiful and clean. I live very close to Kos, in Turkey, in a town called Bodrum. Me and my family usually visit Kos every summer. We stay in Hotel Astron, where staff is very kind. We all Turkish families have good impressions about Greek hospitality. Using bicycle around the island is very exciting. My son has many good impressions from cycling in Kos. You will see nice landscapes and the fresh sea breeze will come against your face. Just beware of the cars, as some people run a lot.
