A friend had told us about the island and since 1999 we go there every year. The island is gorgeous and has everything you can ask for. Our best area is Kefalos, especially its beaches are magnificent. The food was also great, typical Greek food of high quality products. We found nice restaurants by the sea, but unfortunately most of them were without clients. We agree the sorrow of their owners. We think that many of these taverns will be closed next year. Maybe hotels with "all included" are the reason. Small business will be destroyed and that's a pity. The only bad thing is the airport: chaos, overcrowded, this year it took us 1 and 1/2 hour to check in.
