Child\'s policy:Children up to 3.99 yrs old are free of charge
either in Apartment or in Maisonette
Children 4-12 yrs old have 50% discount on the per person in Apartment (2 pax ) rate
Children 4-12 yrs old as 5th or 6th pax in Maisonette have 50% discount on the per person in Maisonette ( 4 pax )rate
Terms and Conditions:
Payments Policy: By the time of booking a 30% deposit has to reach our offices, as advance payment, to guarantee the booking.
Cancellation Policy:
During Low (09/01-31/05/09 & 01/10-20/12/09 )
& Middle Season( 01/06-30/06/09 & 01/09-30/09/09)
24 hours prior to arrival or non-show 1 night cancellation fees will apply in case of cancellation.
During High Season(01/07/09-31/08/09)
5 days prior to arrival or non show, 2 nights cancellation fee will apply in case of cancellation.
In case of unscheduled departure 50% of the entire remaining stay will be charged
