Souvenirs in Olympos
You might like to believe that the souvenirs you purchase in Olympos are locally produced. Who knows? Some of them may be. But on our most recent trip, the honey we bought was very generic - very unlike the "thyme" scented honey we were used to getting in our many years of visit. We are fairly certain that it was not from Karpathos. Alas, we would no longer purchase honey, olive oil or even the scented sachets there.
