Departure:Check-out time is at 12:00 noon.
Please inform the Front Desk Manager if you wish to retain your room beyond this time. If you wish to keep the room until 6 pm and its available, you will be charged half the room rate. Anytime after 6 p.m. the full room rate will be charged.
Luggage Storage
Luggage may be stored in the luggage room at the reception area, at the guests own risk as to loss or damage from any cause for a period not exceeding 30 days.
Damage to Property
Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property caused by them, their friends, or by any person for whom they are responsible.
Right of Admission
The management reserves the absolute right of admission to any person in to the hotel premises.
Safety to Guests
Property Guests are particularly requested to lock the door of their room when going out. The company will not, in any way whatsoever be responsible for loss of residents goods or any other property not entrusted to the management, damage thereof whether due to neglect of hotel employees or agents or any other cause whatsoever including theft or pilferage.
Safe Deposit Lockers For safe keeping of valuables, the management provides safe deposit lockers to guests free of charge on first-come-first-serve basis. The management takes necessary care of the valuables kept in the safe lockers.
Terms and Conditions
Tariff:
Your room rate is on the card given to you by reception. The tariff is for the room only and is exclusive of any local taxes which may be applicable from time to time.
Settlement of Bills: Bills have to be settled upon departure, Credit cards and cash are acceptable but regrettably, no personal cheques are accepted. br>Cancelation:
In case of not arrival or cancellation of reservation 21 days before the arrival, the customer is not charged.
In case of non show (not arrival) or cancellation of the reservation 14 days before the arrival the customer will be charged the 25% of her total reservation and in cases non show or departs before the agreed date will be debited with the 100% of his reservation.|
Non-payment of Accounts:
In case of default in payment by a guest, the management shall be entitled to impound luggage and belongings, to detain the same, to sell or auction such property at any time after the day of departure without reference to the party.
