Kalymnos Reviews -Beaches Massouri

We had been to Kalymnos again more than 10 years ago. Greece has changed a lot over the last years. Ferries have improved a lot and hotels offer more facilities. In Kalymnos, we stayed at Massouri. This is a lovely small village with clean sea, not much crowded and not much isolate, The middle is always the perfect. In Massouri, we always had dinner at Kelly's restaurant. It has delicious dishes and an extensive menu. Kalymnos is very wild, it has rocks all around it and we could see many people mountain climbing. It seemed very hard, as the mountains were abrupt. But their effort was amazing and stubborn. There are not many sights to see on Kalymnos, only a Castle in Pothia and a Sponge Workshop. If you want to get a souvenir from Kalymnos, take a natural sponge. The locals have much tradition in fishing sponges with scuba diving.
