Astypalea Pera Gialos beach

Pera Gialos Beach Astypalea: Pera Gialos Beach is located within a short walking distance from Chora, the capital of Astypalea. The village used to be the island's main port. Today it still remains an important harbour from where boats depart for the nearby beaches and sites including Kaminakia and Vatses.

Although close to the harbor, the waters of the beach of Pera Gialos are sparklingly clean and ideal for swimming and snorkeling. Cafes and taverns serving a rich variety of fresh sea food are close to the beach.
