Tinos Villages: Tripotamos village in Tinos Tripotamos Tinos: Tripotamos village is on the west-central part of Tinos, on the foothills of Mount Exobourgo, lays one of the oldest villages of the island, Tripotamos. It has been built between three rivers and is full of arches, whitewashed steps, arcades and narrow alleys. In this picturesque village one can find the worth-seeing church of Eisodeion Theotokou (The Presentation of the Virgin) decorated with some fine marble works of art. This beautiful village is the residence of the internationally famous modern Greek philosopher Kastoriadis.
