Tinos Xombourgo: Located just 3 km from Steni village and just above Xynara village, Xombourgo is a huge granite mountain, about 640 m high. On top of Xombourgo there is is a huge cross, which is lit at night and can be seen from quite a distance. Excavations that have been performed in the area make scientists believe that the ancient capital of the island was built there in the classical times.
