The church of Virgin Mary Megalochari is the protector of all Greece. It hosts a miraculous icon of Virgin Mary and it is thought the most important religious monument in Greece. Every August, thousands of pilgrims come for pilgrimage in this church.
The Monastery of Agia Triada or Holy Trinity is located on the north east of Chora. The surrounding nature is of wild beauty.

The Archaeological Museum is located on Megalocharis Ave, on the way to the church of Virgin Mary. It includes findings from excavations all over the island and mostly from the ancient temples of Demeter and of Poseidon.
The Art Gallery is housed in a large room in the complex of the church of Virgin Mary. More than 100 paintings and replicas of works made by famous Greek and international artists are exhibited in this gallery as well as paintings from the Italian and the Ionian Renaissance.
This museum is housed in the complex of the Monastery of Virgin Mary, in Chora Tinos. It hosts work of famous local painters and sculptors. In fact, Tinos is famous for its long tradition in marble sculpture.
