A unique and complete collection of photos of Tinos Island:
landscapes, churches, beaches, etc... |
The traditional architecture of Tinos is very interesting.
Traditional houses have simple lines, whitewashed walls
embellished with arcades and slate decorations and flat
roofs with decorated chimneys. Dovecotes are real jewels. |

The Beaches of Tinos
Beaches
are one of Tinos’ major advantages because there
consist of more than 15 kilometres of sandy beaches
on the coasts of the island.
The majority of the island’s beaches are long and
sandy but pebble and rocky beaches are also available
as well as little bays. Most of the beaches are
deserted and some offer a few hotels, accommodation
in Tinos and water sports facilities. |
