Syros: Santorinoi Syros

Santorinoi Beach Syros: This is a small unorganized beach in close distance to Vari and Azolimnos, two of the most popular resorts in Syros island. Actually this is a very calm alternative to these two busy beaches. The region took its name from some refugees from Santorini who once settled there. Santorinioi beach has shallow water and soft sand. Short vegetation surrounds this beach, offering shade to visitors. A nice tavern is found at one side of the beach with delicious local recipes. The closest tourist facilities are found in Vari and Azolimnos.
