Our week in Sikinos was the most refreshing holidays ever! We didn't do anything, we had nothing to see and the only we did was swimming, eating and sleeping! Sikinos is so small that you can go on foot (or on the back of a donkey as some locals do!) to beaches and everywhere. You will need a lot of walking on Sikinos, so go in early summer when it is not too hot. Get the boat and make the tour of the island. Step off the beaches, swim and wait for the next boat that will get you to the other. You will like especialy Malta beach but if it is too windy, the boat might not go there. If you are going for only a couple of days, stick to the beach at the port. It is sandy and safe. Do not expect any watersports on Sikinos, there is totally nothing, absolute calm. The only practise to do is walking. As for bars, forget about them... Go to bed early!
