Known as one of the most beautiful islands of the Cyclades, Sikinos is a small, quiet and beautiful island.
It has only two settlements, the port of Alopronia and the village of Chora, the capital.

All along the island, you will find small and whitewashed chapels, built in the traditional Cycladic architectural style. People take good care of their houses and churches and whitewash them on every festive occasion. |

Chora houses numerous stone mansions that are characteristic of traditional Cycladic architecture, speckled with various windmills, some in good state and others in ruins.
