Above rates are for 2012 year. Above rates are in Euro, per room, per day including American buffet breakfast.Middle season minimum stay on weekends 3 nights.High and Peak season minimum stay 4 nights.On low season for booking of 6 nights or more 1 night free of charge.
Children up to 2 years free, we provide baby cot for free. Children 2-12 do not charge for extra bed. Older children are debited with the 100% for moreover bed.

Cancellation Policy
If the cancellation occurs :
From 14 days or more prior to the arrival then the prepayment is returned 100%.
Between 9 and 14 days prior to the arrival then 50% of the prepayment is returned.
Up to and including 5-9 days prior to the arrival, then 50%of the entire stay is charged. 4 days or less in case of non show, 100% of the entire stay is charged. In case of unscheduled departure 50% of the remaining stay is charged.
For your reservation to be confirmed you will be required to prepay 30% of the total cost of the stay as following:
A) By credit card .
B) By a bank deposit to Alpha Bank IBAN number GR83 0140 6280 6280 0231 0000426 in the name of Georgios Georgoulis.
