Surpassed my expactations (& fantasies)

The trip: We arrived to santorini island by plane. Extremely long. It took us 20 hours to get there.
Reasons for going to Santorini: I always wanted to visit Greece. Wanted to see Santorini, Mykonos and delos, and Athens. And that since high school (15 years ago).
Idea before arriving: I had seen many many pictures and thought it would be an island paradise.
Expectations and opinions: Of course, it is an extraordinary island. The views there and landscapes surpassed my wildest fantasies and expectations. My imagination did not do this place justice. This island is not only a paradise but also a treasure. The landscapes are really amazing. I loved every moment I was there. The walks in the little alleys is someting amazing. The island has also a very interesting past and was happy about it. There are some great sites and museums.
Favorite thing about Santorini: My favourite thing about this island is shared:
- The great accommodation we had with an incredible view from our room and the pool area (Pegasus)over the volcano.
- The many cafes, bars and clubs.
Negative opinion: Nothing on this island is worthy at discontent.
Recommendations: Patience!!! All good things come in time. Leave the hussle and bussle behind. No worries there.
With out question! I will definitely come bak again here. Too many good times and people await your arrival there.
