Everything on Santorini was fantastic! I had no problem with anything or anyone. Except maybe some bad professionals that try to overcharge you, but this happens in all the world, believe me. Villages were very pretty and so tiny. When you get back to your big town, this is what you miss the most from Greece: the tiny villages that you need less than an hour to cross from one side to the other. I saw happy people on Santorini and smiling faces. I liked to watch the locals how they cook or fish or make laundry. These moments were precious. I remember we had seated on a step and looked down to an old lady unfolding some clothes on a rope to dry them. That is what people do in Greece, they don't put clothes in the driers, they leave them to get dry from the air or the sun. How lovely is this? Sometimes I envy Greeks that have so such sun all year.
Beaches on Santorini are not the best. In fact, I liked only Perissa beach. Red beach was very abrupt and rocky. A tour to the Volcano is must to do and also if you have the chance visit wineries. Have a wine at sunset in the Winery Santo Wines. It is very romantic and I heard that people actually get married in this winery during sunset.
