Santorini was a great getaway. We really enjoyed the island. You can roam around for about a week and then go to another island and explore. Greece has so many beautiful islands!! We tried several of the resteraunts in Santorini, they were all good. We also ate at the stands around the streets, which had great food, too. Do not go in the high tourist season, go at the end of April. Unless you have to swim, then go later, probably in September. Only the bathrooms for visitors were awful. In the main bathroom for general use in the town centre, potty was a hole in the floor. Not great at all! Modernize it, please!
