Santorini Reviews -General

Santorini is a very nice island, with small pitoresque villages, wonderfull beaches and few interesting historical sites. Beaches are really interesting and I found a lot of lonely places where you can enjoy in peace and silence. Sometimes I was surprised with undisturbed and untouched views, no "tomato" tourism. This is a very relaxing place.

Food is very good, a bit too expensive for offered quality. I didn't like Fira because it was too crowded and had some characteristics of cheap tourism. I found Oia much more attractive and more stylish, also better organized and managed.

The lighthouse in Oia offers great views. The only negative remark about Santorini is poor trafic signs which were making big confusion about directions: the official map distributed by local tourist workers was significanlty inccorect about roads and places but after few days I managed to find almost everything what I wanted!
