The trip: I flew from Athens with Olympic Airlines. It was great, fast and efficient flight.
Reasons for going to Santorini: It was highly referred by most guides and known as a wonderful and romantic destination.
Idea before arriving: A romantic island with breathtaking views, nice beaches, touristy towns, lovely people and great restaurants.
Expectations and opinions: It met absolutely my expactations. No surprises.
Favorite thing about Santorini: The spectacular caldera views.
Negative opinion: The full day tour we made. It was overcrowded and impersonal.
Recommendations: Take confortable shoes.
I will definitely go back to Santorini Island and also Greece in general
