The trip: We arrived on Santorini Greece by plane. The trip was very pleasant but the landing was a little unconfortable.
Reasons for going to Santorini: The first time we went to Santorini was in 1993 and since then we were so pleased that we go to Santorini every 3 years.
Idea before arriving: We had heard that this is the island where nearly every picture postcard from Greece came from so we were curious if Santorini Island really looks like the postcards.
Expectations and opinions: It absolutely met our expectations. Santorini is a beautiful island with friendly people and lots of possibilities to spend very pleasant holidays.
Favorite thing about Santorini: The sunset, the landscapes and the villages.
Negative opinion: Nothing really negative.
Recommendations: Take a boat trip to the caldera, round Nea Kameni, Palea Kameni etc,...
We will definitely go back there!!
