Great island with visits, views and beaches

The trip: I took a flight from the Uk to Athens and then Santorini Island. It is a difficult island to reach. Unpleasant journey to departure airport.
Reasons for going to Santorini: Previous visit, Good accommodation, easy to travel on the island. Friendly atmosphere, clean beaches and sea, beautiful villages and views over the Volcano.
Idea before arriving: Looking forward to a relaxing break.
Expectations and opinions: It exceeded all expectations. Local traditions are maintained by friendly people. Walking in the villages with this fantastic panoramic views is a unique experience.
Favorite thing about Santorini: Lazy days on the beaches and restaurants. The good atmosphere helped by the friendly local people and lack of crime. It is a paradise.
Negative opinion: Some beaches could be cleaner(cigarette ends). Restrict music from beach bars.
Recommendations: Come and enjoy yourself and admire the unspoilt beauty. Don't take advantage of the locals friendliness.
I will definitely go back to Santorini but next time I will take more holidays in order to visit other islands or areas in Greece.
