Blessed by gods but they shoud take better care

The trip: I arrived on Santorini Island by plane and the trip was fine. Without delays.
Reasons for going to Santorini: I wanted to spend my holidays somewhere on the Mediteranean coast. We heard much about Greece lately and checked on the web for some famous and beautiful destinations. Everybody was always talking about Sntorini and I tried it out...
Idea before arriving: That it was a small island with impressive geology (cliffs and volcano), nice beaches, friendly people, good food...
Expectations and opinions: It met my expectations at 100 % - 120 %. It is an amazing island blessed by gods but people should take more care about it. You can sea many new buildings and if its continues like that it would be a disaster.
Favorite thing about Santorini: The view of the caldera. I stayed a week there and I was never bored to see it again and again
Negative opinion: The beaches are not the dream I had of beaches in Greece. But they refresh :) Many garbages along the roads.
Yes, I will maybe go back to Santorini Greece but there are many other places I would like to see before...
